MBM are providing full Cost Management Service for University of Newcastle on the fitout of their new Central Coast Clinical School and Research Institute (CCCSRI) in colloboration with Health Infrastructure whom are delivering the Base Build component.

The facility is made up of approximately 10,000m2 of labs, research, lecture, new ways of working for CCLHD. This is only one of two towers being constructed. MBM is providing full Cost Management Services for this project including:
